If you have a Cameo 1 or Cameo SD, you can use your machine with an SD card.
The older Silhouette machines work fine with older versions of Windows 10. Another option is to avoid installing the Windows update. If this doesn't work, you can purchase a USB 2 hub and connect your Silhouette machine (and any other USB devices) through this hub.
